It is great for your teeth and gums, heart, cholesterol, arteries, organ function, brain, and just about every other part of your body. And it is easily consumed in a juice form, or you can chew on it to strengthen your jaw muscles and make your teeth and gums happy. Tasty, but we don’t recommend you swallow the raw grain after you’ve chewed it unless you are an ungulate!
